The Onsite Conversion Process

  • We believe that merchant services programs should be built with the merchant in mind. The benefit of that for our bank partners: they can leave the conversion process to us (free of charge).
  • When a new bank partner initiates a relationship with us, we convert their current payment customers in person. We won’t let your merchants fend for themselves or rely on call centers. Instead, we handle the conversion, download and equipment training with minimal disruption to the merchant. This is more convenient for our banks and their merchants.
  • Conversion initiatives are lead by experienced project managers who monitor the process each step of the way while serving as a liaison with the cards brands. Moreover, the conversion team stays on site until the job is done.
