They can create custom reports for your internal and external reporting as well as provide real-time tracking of your referrals. You access the Reporting Team through SourcePoint, our online portal. Through SourcePoint, you can access information about your portfolio 24/7, as well as establish customer service tickets should a problem arise. All problems are tracked through our ticketing system and appear as an alert until the problem is resolved.
